Trying different tastes and flavours is always an interesting thing for us. Today our target is Grillax, which is located in Pottamal- Kattukulangara, Palazhi Rd, Calicut. This was a suggestion given by our subscriber, thanks to him. We were welcomed with a very beautiful ambience of Grillax. They mainly focus on dishes which is grilled. We know that grilled food items will have less amount of oil and it is comparatively healthier than other oily food. We have ordered a bunch of dishes, namely, Smoked chicken salad, peri peri grill chicken, assorted chicken kabab platter (platter contain four different flavours,garlic,cheese,mint and chilli) and grilled veal chops, these were the main dishes and we have ordered for a hyderabadi dum kushka and pita bread. These dishes were accompanied by three dips, that is, mint, mayonnaise and cocktail ( a combination of mayo and tomato ketchup. It was a good and yummy treat offered by Grillax team, our personal favourite was the salad and their signature dish, grilled veal chops.
